In the 2018-2019 school year, PTG increased our sponsorship of on-campus activities for OLL students and parents in an effort to continue community building within our school and parish. Some of the many events we host include Back to School and Parent / Grandparent Appreciation receptions, Trunk or Treat, Brunch with Santa, Secret Santa Shop, Daddy Daughter Dance, Mother Son Events, Teacher Appreciation Week, Used Uniform Sales and more. In addition to community building, PTG also supports classroom and curriculum purchases including Movie Licenses, Classroom Supplies, Buses for Field Trips, Super Teacher Worksheets, and RAZ Kids subscriptions.
In prior years, PTG has provided funds for the landscape beautification near the Blessed Mother statue/main entrance as well as for the Common updates including the flooring and addition of tables and chairs, we purchased and installed the Pre-School Playground and Gaga Pit, supported our music program with the purchase of ukuleles and music scarves, as well as purchasing additional gym equipment, art displays for the elementary hallway, blinds, and TVs for the classrooms.
Review the proposed bylaw revisions here. These will be voted upon at the Monday, October 14, 2019 General Assembly Meeting.
